He has more than 4 (Four) decades of experience in the Legal, Secretarial & HR domain and was previously associated with Caterpillar Power India Private Limited, TVS Electronics Limited, Shriram Properties Group, Nitesh Group and Reed Relays and Electronics India Limited.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and holds advanced degrees in Law (LL.M.) and Business Administration (MBA).
